Billing
Manage your OnePaywall subscription plan and payment method.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing to manage your own OnePaywall subscription — this is separate from the reader payments you collect.
OnePaywall plans
OnePaywall charges you a platform fee based on the plan you're on. Plans differ by:
- Monthly active readers limit
- Domains allowed
- Features available (advanced analytics, multiple brands, etc.)
Current plan details and pricing are shown on the Billing page.
Changing your plan
Click Change plan to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment method
Your OnePaywall subscription is billed to the card on file. Click Update payment method to change your card.
Invoices
Monthly invoices are available under Dashboard → Invoices. Each invoice shows the billing period, plan, and amount charged. Click any invoice to download a PDF.
Cancelling your OnePaywall account
To cancel your OnePaywall subscription, go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
