Brands
Create multiple brand profiles to manage different publications or products under one account.
Brands let you manage multiple distinct publications under a single OnePaywall account. Each brand has its own name, logo, and set of domains.
When to use brands
Use brands when you run more than one publication that should appear separate to readers. For example:
- A tech blog and a finance newsletter under the same publisher account
- Multiple regional editions of the same publication
- A main publication and a separate premium newsletter
Creating a brand
- Go to Dashboard → Brands
- Click New brand
- Enter:
- Brand name — shown to readers in gate overlays and emails
- Logo — displayed in gate overlays (optional)
- Click Save
Assigning domains to a brand
When adding or editing a domain (see Domains), you can assign it to a brand. The brand's name and logo will be used in gate overlays for that domain.
Brand-level settings
Each brand can have:
- Its own subscription plans
- Its own gate configurations
- Separate analytics
This lets you keep revenue and subscriber data separate between publications.
