Danger Zone

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone for irreversible account actions.

Delete account

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• All domains, gates, and configuration
• All subscriber and reader data (subject to retention requirements)
• All email campaigns and automations
• Your billing information

Active reader subscriptions: Razorpay subscriptions you've created will continue to bill readers unless you cancel them manually in your Razorpay dashboard before deleting your account. OnePaywall cannot cancel Razorpay subscriptions on your behalf after account deletion.

Before deleting

1. Export your subscriber list from Subscribers → Export CSV
2. Cancel all active reader subscriptions in Razorpay
3. Remove the embed snippet from all your sites (or your readers will see broken gate behavior)
4. Download all invoices from Dashboard → Invoices

How to delete

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone
2. Click Delete account
3. Type your publisher name to confirm
4. Click Confirm delete

Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
