Team
Invite team members and manage their access to your OnePaywall dashboard.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team to manage who has access to your publisher account.
Inviting a team member
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (see below)
- Click Send invite
The invited person receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. They'll need to create a OnePaywall account (or log in if they already have one) to gain access.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — manage gates, subscribers, billing, and team |
| Editor | Create and edit gates, manage content settings; cannot manage billing or team |
| Viewer | Read-only access to analytics and subscriber data |
Removing a team member
Click the three-dot menu next to a member and select Remove. Their access is revoked immediately.
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven't been accepted appear in a Pending section. You can resend or cancel them.
